Quality & Export Documents
Document sets vary by destination and contract, but Wheat 12.5 buyers commonly receive some or all of the following for a bulk export shipment:

Originals and electronic copies are distributed according to the documentary instructions in the SPA and any agreed bank or collection framework.
Independent Inspection
An internationally recognized inspection company is appointed by contract, commonly at the loading port before or during vessel loading. The inspector verifies quantity and quality against the parameter list and method named in the SPA.
Buyers may propose an inspector subject to acceptance and scheduling feasibility. Inspection provides an independent record for the specific parcel; it does not replace the rest of the commercial document chain.
Hold, retest and rejection rights are defined in the SPA. Website copy cannot reproduce those dispute mechanics in full.
Contract Priority
If any website wording differs from the executed Sales and Purchase Agreement or the contractual inspection documents, the issued transaction documents prevail.
